Junior Analyst
Location: Remote
Employment type: Full-time/Part-time — flexible upon agreement
Position Overview
As a junior analyst at the NEST Centre, you will contribute to analytical reports and collaborate with a team of experts.
Requirements
- MA degree or PhD applicant in international relations, political science, sociology, or related fields
- Native or bilingual in Russian, English proficiency (B2 or higher). Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Current residence outside of Russia
- Ability to work with large volumes of information and conduct in-depth analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
We are seeking candidates with the following research interests
- Political processes within Russia
- Elites in the Russian Federation
- Processes in Russia’s regions
- Public sentiments in Russia
- Russian disinformation campaigns in other countries
- Analysis of Russia’s foreign policy
- Analysis of Russia’s influence on political elites and societies in the EU/US, Latin America, and the Global South
