Elena Koneva is a sociologist and the founder of the ExtremeScan research group. She previously served as Managing Director at Ipsos Comcon (2010–2016) and as Founder and Director of COMCON (1991–2010), one of Russia’s leading market research organisations. Earlier in her career, Elene held key positions at VCIOM, including Head of the Moscow branch under Tatyana Zaslavskaya and Deputy Director to Yuri Levada (1988–1994).
